Quinn: Problem with bike lanes is that *I* didn't have veto power

What an authoritarian tool. Her job has been to legislate, not execute the law. Every American child knows this, at least those outside New York where corruption weaves all branches of government into a wreath of power and greed.
I will vote against Quinn in the primary and general elections, if it comes to that.
